Description

In the wise words of William Shakespeare, “The earth has music for those who listen.” This wood slice combines two mediums–woodburning and paper crafting–in perfect harmony. Textured cardstock in beautiful neutral tones has been hand cut into a mountain scene & adhered to a medium-sized wood slice. The phrase “Sky Above, Earth Below, Peace Within” is handlettered and woodburnt on the wood slice in perfect contrast with the mountain scene. This piece would look perfect in a nursery, office or even living room.

This piece was handmade by me utilizing a wood slice, textured cardstock and woodburning. It’s a custom, one-of-a-kind piece and is as pictured.
